Starbucks can pay more rent because they have a higher price. Some of us don't mind paying more for a consistent and high quality coffee!! The only problem I have with Starbucks is that damn tip bucket. I'll start tipping the person that pours my coffee as soon as I start tipping the guy at the McDonalds drive through.

And I love Wal-Mart - shop there for the best prices and convenience. The Ma and Pa stores that charge inflated prices for old decrepid inventory are traditionally holding the small towns hostage to there limited capacity and hig prices.

There is nothing better to the whole community that economic efficiency!
