Ok ... lets seee... You are not very wise to post to me. I hate the misinformation and the FLorida (Miami connection of this stock) The screwing of Haber and the HGP now not part of the picture and all the shareholders that got nailed from $7.81 down through misleading information and I have heard financial advise given by the FLorida connection where it has been discovered the family, friends affiliates and associates of the Florida connection were selling into the PUMP! Not to mention news releases fraught with nothing of substance and apparent misinformation. This dividend is not going to do a dang thing to shorts or anything else. The short is dilution. I tracked this stock daily for MONTHS. It is DILUTION... Not shorting because the shorting was the dilution. 1. The test results for the silica will be back in about 1 week.... Then production (which has all ready started) will be ramped up.... That fast huh ... We shall seee.... 2. Full scale production of the silica will begin in Jan... Before or after the "E" 3. Other processes are being looked at... Bottom line the company does not need Haber to get the by products.... Then is that not a violation of rule 10b5 of the SEC where they have touted the HGP Which according to their first news release was the purpose for going public and the hook to get buyers and they have touted nearly all year on doing a HGP DEMO to get more buyers. Now they are not but have issued a ton of stock. NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY HAVE THE NEWEST AND MOST ADVANTACED TECHNOLOGY TO SAVE THE GOLD MINING INDUSTRY, RIGHT? 4. 2 million shares are shorted....(naked short) The MM are on a razor's edge here.... That is total BS ... who would carry a 2M short when you have to have a $2.50 per share cover to short it. Do you have the outstanding even .. the Company is no longer letting people know anything about the stock structure. You better learn that ... MMs d short in intraday but always cover. All this BS of shorts getting nailed I have learned from doing the daily sotck dilution of this stock that when people say it is shorted I take it it is being diluted. Tell me once a short trap has worked. 5. The 10SB with be filled Dec 20th. Well with a 60 day comment time and the shady past of this one good luck on getting through the comment stage ... This was MMDL (Medialion) and I believe it gets the "E" on 1-9-99 and delisting 2-9-99 if the filings is not done by 12-9-99 they may not be able to clear the comment stage especially with the biggest holiday of the year upon us and an ex-con for security violations in their past that put all this together. 6. In one week Orex will start buying back its shares... Now that will be interesting to say the least ... But Good helps let some of the people hung get out. 7. Orex is a silca mining company... Gold is a by product. I have known that Long before you ever though of getting in this stock. But why have they touted gold all this time and the HGP... and A lot more misinformation. I stayed long in this stock because of the HGP video and now that is not part of the picture. 8. Orex was 100% sure there was a buyer for the silica. Yep a broker type probably but the grade is not determeined yet. 9. The Arch mine is only 5 miles away from the santa maria mine. SO thewy will have transportation cost and so forth. 10. around $60,000 dollars profit will be made each day on the silica alone... Think of anything else as a bonus... Yeah well it will be about time they made money other than 504s ... Hope they do not get delisted. Remember the past that none of you wish to look at or think abvout is exactly what the comment process is for. Hey Tim what do you think about all this. You were right about production not happening till the year 2000. You've been right about a lot of things. We shall see. Gary 11. The company has $ to see them thur the production start up... 12.
