Susie, I don't know if any of us have a guaranteed direct line to Paul Henry, REW included. Your best chance of getting through to him directly is from 6-7PM EST. This also appears to be the time that he is able to return calls. I think Paul puts in a fair number of 11 and 12 hour days. TSIG is operating on a skeleton staff.
