NETO ran hard and fast on the CSCO news (http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/991116/ca_netobje_1.html) , and positive comments from DTAB and Piper Jaffray. The three month chart is instructive: quote.yahoo.com From 10 to 20 in under a month was a big move, and so consolidation and a pullback fits. I am surprised to read speculation about shorts on the board. The stats do not indicate a significant short position.
