I guess we should all admit we are still learning. God (or Allah) help us if we stop. I think the 10Q in question is the 1st quarter report, and the news release put out on the wire services would best be described as just that, a news release about the first quarter earnings report. Basically, as I see it, the report on edgar is the OFFICIAL report required by the government with all the legalese in it, and the news release is a summary of the pertinent points contained in the 10Q. One is the long story, and the other is the Readers Digest version of the same thing. I am confident that if I am in error the buzzards will soon be flying above me. Ed
