BIG NEWS!!!!! What time and the S-3 are going to reveal is that the GI/ACTV deal is much bigger than what appeared on the surface yesterday. Digital ADCO is the future of advertising in the digital world. The world is going digital and Digital ADCO will be without peer. General Instrument recognized this and the importance of ACTV's technology. That is why GI put up $5 million AND 6 of their patents for a minority stake in Digital ADCO. ACTV, on the other hand, put up no cash and 5 of their patents. Digital ADCO is going to focus on local advertising through digital ad insertion because that is where the really big advertising dollars are and not in the old national format. Digtal ADCO will not only be able to send your neighbor a different commercial than the one you see but will also be able to target different TV's within the same household. We are talking about a business that will generate $billions and billions and billions in annual revenues. The biggest and baddest advertising agencies and the world's largest corporations are lined up ready to throw their cash our way. Enjoy! Steve
