Mike, first post here on a link from Ruff. Question and comment about Q as a gorilla, and the expected appreciation in stock price: what I don't follow is the static stock price until Jan 1999, then a nearly continuous upward climb since then to an astounding market cap.

How high is the "market" valuing the royalties and the sale of the handset division - way above their actual worth? On the one hand (and since this is my first post here), I'm not sure if a gorilla is defined by the strength of their presence in the marketplace, or the ever growing price of their stock. I guess what it comes down to is this: I see a steady stream of money coming their way from CDMA, but think the market is overvaluing it.

Any comments or enlightment would be very much appreciated.
