Message 10979717 The 504 info I got from Warren Message 10980026 I tried to verify the numbers in the 504... Message 10990207 My summary includes the 504 now ... Again according to the compliance rules .... Q3 Is any exemption available for Rule 504 filers? A3 No. Rule 504 provides an exemption from registration under the federal securities laws. Going forward, these issuers will no longer be allowed to be quoted on the OTCBB. UH OH!!! :-) Gary
