I would recommend looking at the Yahoo PTCH thread for more of the story. Daninfw and the 2 Gene's are useful posters. This is really a very interesting situation with,IMO,dramatic upside in the next 6 months. Also see Talisman/Tirman view of proxy election---Very different view than the company's press release. Yes, I am very long this stock and have been for 3 years.
