Despite court indicating opinion would be issued this past week, it apparently wasn't. Just did a Lexis search and it wasn't there; if it had come out yesterday, it should have been posted in the middle of the night. Sounds like the panel is having problems agreeing on language in the opinion. Maybe, we can hope, there is a dissent which is favorable to NextWave.
