Pascal. Before you plan to argue about something you're not sure of,
DO THE RESEARCH. 1) Check the Fed Funds rate on June 30 ,1994. It
was 10% like a previously stated. Don't be ignorant, and research it.
2) Discount rate is not ALWAYS lower than the Fed Funds
Rate. Check these rate in 1993 and then try to tell me that it doesn't
happen.

This has been the most pointless argument, because I'm discussing this
with a person who doesn't care to listen to facts.
