The Real Story on BITS.. Relates to Microsoft's decision to scrap their Visual J (Microsoft Java) technology and selling the tools to Rational. They are now committing to XML as the standard for their web applications (read pr below, released during the CEO Summit Conference, 12/02/99).. biz.yahoo.com If you've done your DD, you know that one of BITS's subsidiary, Pageflex Inc, has a product called NuDoc, this is an XML-based page layout engine (see below).. bitstream.com So, what does all this mean to small, value-priced XML companies? Well, after doing this research, I bot 5K shares of this company dirt-cheap in afterhours.. >><<
