Tara,
I feel a PE of 15 for this sector is already conservative. I thought 18-20 was pretty normal. I suppose if the market tanks 11 might occur but not for a very long duration.

I feel the only major concern is about their MIS system. If they've got that squared away they should be in great shape - especially since it detracted so much from earnings this year.

Overall I think there is little downside risk and a better than average upside potential.

I'll be out of town next week. Taking the wife and kids to Disneyland. Own any Disney stock? Have a great week :-)

If you want to take a look at another telephone industry stock check out DSC Communications (DIGI). I believe they're turning around. Lots of recent sales announcements and their product is very good. There is a SI thread for DSC as well.
