Charger this market looks poised to make it into january earnings intact. Once the Y2K sideliner's become fully invested and those playing the earnings momentum in january put this thing in orbit, we'll have to deal with tightening liquidity, threat of rising interest rates and the like heading into Feburary.
Individual stocks/sectors may have to deal with negative PR created from the date change......somone is bound to see their DSO go up, inventory be out of wack or the like. We'll probably see a few Hersey/Maytag situations.......perhaps in the auto industry....billing and cash flow issues are most likely to to occur in the health and insurance sectors.
