JC,

Good question about the insiders, I'd be curious too.

I'm suprised this thread has been quiet. There is usually some 'spirited' discussion going on. There have actually been some announcements of banks (Regions, Centura and Wachovia) signing up with SFNB in the past month. And more good news on the BUY upgrade from one of the investment houses. Unfortunately, this hasn't translated into a significant price move, at least not from my perspective (considering I bought at 11).

For long term investing, I think the real question about SFNB is whether the SFNB solution can be integrated with an existing bank's legacy product administration and customer service applications. The SFNB offering appears to be secure (from what SFNB says). And it has a decent look and feel for consumers. But from a bank's perspective its got it integrate with what is probably a bunch of crappy back office systems. If anyone has any tales of SFNB integration, I'd love to hear that too.
