Sierra, a sample of his newsletter can be obtained on the internet: horizon.bc.ca The trading portfolio,of 5 stocks he maintains in the newsletter, for last year was up approx. 250%,if I remember correctly. He isn't doing so great this year. But who is? I don't know if anyone can rate them. The model portfolio that Carter maintains is updated every day for all to see. I don't know about the others. IMO an improvement in his newsletter would be for him to provide more comments as to what he believes to be happening in the marketplace as well as on specific stocks. Sometimes just the statistics alone can be quite mundane. Gene
