jebj,

I would tend to believe the article. After watching GTMI for the last year I have come to the conclusion that they are less than forthright when dealing with their shareholders.

Here is a little info for anyone considering buying GTMI stock which was recently pumped by the worst P & D gang I have ever seen:

------------------------------------------------------------

I was not going to get involved in this but I would like to commend you on your
observation and analogy, you hit it on the head. I took a quick look at the P & D hype job
and noticed that they mentioned the outstanding shares were about "35,000,000 maybe
a little more after the merger".

Well guess what folks, how about 900,000,000 shares outstanding after the
merger!!!!! I would say that is a lot more. They also neglected to mention the REVERSE
SPLIT
that will follow the merger. And they call that due diligence???

I hope people who were looking for an exit took advantage of todays pump because if
you thought GTMI was ugly before, just wait till this "new blood" dumps. One can safely
assume that all the buying on Friday was the beginning of the pump, now prepare for the
dump.

I really do hope this was my last post here.
