Jim, I am curious why you wouldn't discuss operations with your investors if they asked. I can see that you wouldn't want to be answering the phone every day answering all these questions, but I would think that you would give them scheduled access to you so that you could talk about those things then. I don't want to sound nosy, but refusal to discuss details with people who have a vested interest in those details doesn't seem right to me. I'm only asking this because I am trying to get a read on why G* seems bent on treating all of its investors like children. "Give us your money and go away until we are ready to make you all rich." Doesn't make me happy. If others are comfortable with that relationship, then that is fine. I don't think there are all that many people like that out there. I have sold about 75% of my G* shares in the last couple weeks and picked up CSCO instead. I believe in the G* concept, but I also agree with the thought that this is dead money for the next several months. I am only hoping that they don't blow a great opportunity and turn it into dead money, period. Chris << Having said that, I have to remind myself of something. I own restaurants one of which I financed with the help of about 15 limited partners. I send them a report about twice a year giving them an overview. I don't tell them about the server I caught stealing, that cost of sales exceeded budget for 3 periods before it was corrected, or all the other day-to-day challenges we face nor would I discuss this with them if they asked and I sure as hell would not take their advice on how to run the business. They have, however, doubled their money in five years and are on their way to making a tripple. Maybe our fate with G* will be similar. >>
