OT-.....can anyone on this intelligent thread push me towards a web site or display their knowledge about startups and stock options. I am considering a new job and discussing option packages..so far all i can think of is 1-current valuation 2-# shares outstanding 3-VC funds so far 4-basis of current valuation thanks
