No confusion here, But it would appear there is history revision going on by "Waffling" William Wexler. You can also tell he's exposed as he gears up his familiar name calling routine....Bill's favorite way to deal with tough issues!

<<<Mikey also conveniently neglects to mention that I issued a cover call for VLNC when the stock was trading at 5 and lower, with a reshort a higher prices.>>>

Revision #1: Billy forgets to mention that he only suggested closing 25% of the position, and then he shorted back at 7 1/2...At ll he isn't nearly so sure. At 13 he will capitulate.... Maybe they have gotten their act together?...But only two days ago:

<<<Unfortunately, this current tout is not very good. Even though he is doing a fine job in hiding the nasty facts about the company (e.g. technology that doesn't work, massive insider dumping prior to bad news, unbroken string of zero revenue quarters, nonstop stock dilution, using shipments from one subsidiary to another to claim "purchase orders", etc.) the stock does not seem to be reacting well.

My guess is he's probably selling his free-trading shares immediately. Can't blame him. >>>

Can't have it both ways Billy....tough when somebody pays attention to the trash you put out, huh?

Revision #2:
<<<Mikey loves to remind everyone that I sold AAPL for a loss when my original long call was 100% correct.>>>

What exactly was 100% about your call, Billy? Review the bidding:

Answer: Nothing! In at the top, add along the way and out at the bottom!

<<<Not only was he just as wrong as I was to agree on the sell, but he was even more incorrect because - unlike me - he felt that the news would only get worse, >>>

If this makes you feel better Billy then that was what was originally intended. I didn't make a 3 week "buy its going to 150" call in the high 70's...I didn't recommend that you get out at 59....You get all the credit. As it happens it did get worse for you over the next few months....It once again proved your poor decision making ability....

But who needs AAPL....There is MSFT....CLIC....CPU... etc....etc....etc....

Uncomfortable? You should be. But you try to take on an air of infallibility as you slander management to serve your sleazy agenda. There is another option Billy. When you don't know anything, just keep your mouth shut and your opinions to yourself!

Instead, of course, the typical Wexler response is to pull out a few more trademark names
...."moron", "shill", "jerk",...."idiot"...."fraud".... etc ad nauseum....

Recognize yourself?...
