Compare MTHR to VitaminShoppe (VSHP). I compared the financials, market cap, etc. VSHP went public in October and the stock has performed dismally. They are currently around $12.50 with a market cap of $250M.

MTHR is planning on going public on Thursday December 9th at around $12.00 which translates to a market cap of $180M.

Revenue comparisons are as follows;
VSHP 3rd qtr revenues were $3.7M, MotherNature was $1.6M
VSHP nine month revenues were $8.0M vs. $2.6M for MTHR

Nine month loss for VSHP was $11.0M vs $34.5M for MTHR

If the market values MotherNature the same way they are valuing VitaminShoppe it will not be a happy picture.

VSHP is touting the fact that they were the #4 ranked (MediaMetrix) e-commerce site. I think I remember that MotherNature was in the top 10 for a while.

This should be interesting.
