You know, it may not have been a 'monkey' at all (at The Empress Of China). It may have just *looked like a monkey. When my wife turned to ask me for some clue as to what it was we had seen on that plate, I just answered "Happy Monkey" in a matter of fact Chinese waiter tone.

Still, you're right Qwiksand. This all belongs on the foodie thread.
