Kaufman Bros. issued a positive outlook on Monday. They anticipated the 97Q1 loss announced in yesterday's press release and expect a resumption of earnings growth starting in Q2. 97Q1 was very expensive for SpectraLink as they beefed up the sales staff and introduced new technology that reduces system costs and adds digital feature phone capabilites. The fruits of these efforts won't show up until this quarter (hopefully!).
