NTN Announces Content Agreement With America Online for New ``BUZZTIME' Brand

CARLSBAD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 2,1999--NTN Communications Inc. (AMEX:NTN - news) today announced that it has signed a one-year content agreement with America Online (NYSE:AOL - news) that will make NTN's newly-branded BUZZTIME.com(TM) trivia games available to AOL's more than 19 million members, as well as enable BUZZTIME to make its interactive game content available on the Internet and other in-home platforms.

Under the agreement, BUZZTIME will offer customized trivia games targeted to visitors of several AOL Channels, including Games, Kids, Entertainment, Finance and others. Each game will enable members to visit a customized BUZZTIME Web site to access additional games, promotions and prizes.

Jonathan Sacks, senior vice president and general manager of the AOL service said, ``We are happy to be able to offer our members NTN's great BUZZTIME games. Our priority has always been to provide members with top-notch content and community, and NTN's compelling games offer our members both fun and a terrific community experience.'
