Yes. The FTC appears to be ruthless: .... The settlement ''will help remind marketers of their responsibility to back up all advertising claims.'' Tax loss selling appears to work here, QGLY under $2 now, nearly at cash value. And I thought $3 is the bottom when some funds threw out their shares in 50 and 100k block sizes back in September. It is not.... .... I wonder whether GUMM will ever back up its Zicam claims, if not, then lookout....
