Perhaps some @Home users can chime in here. Is the splash screen avoidable? Yes. You can avoid it by changing your start page in preferences. Do i use the @HOME page? Yes, when looking for CBC or FOX video news. Here is the litmus test however: Take away the content and I still love my @HOME. Take away the speed and I will go elsewhere. So, does that mean that @HOME doesn't need content? Or does it mean it needs better content and killer apps (like a virtual desktop and smart browsing)? Regards Jay
