A3 No. Rule 504 provides an exemption from registration under the federal securities laws. Going forward, these issuers will no longer be allowed to be quoted on the OTCBB.

Gary, are you saying that any OTC company that has ever issued a 504 in their history. Won't be able to be quoted on the OTC?

Or does this mean that they can't use a 504 to raise capital with after they become reporting?
