Myself being a long time windows programmer, I can say Borland/Inprise has consistently provided better OO tools then its competitors that produce similar products. Take Builder. Its OO. They're back to where anyone who buys Builder can program in windows.... You don't have to know how windows works to build and maintain a complex application. Thats worthy of respect.
