AYOTTE MUSIC INC ("AYO-Y") - e-Commerce Site

Ayotte Music Inc., manufacturer of the world-renowned
Ayotte Custom Drums, is proud to announce the official
launch of its full-scale e-Commerce Site at
www.ayottedrums.com, effective November 26th, 1999.
The venture, believed to be the first of its kind among
music instrument manufacturers, marks a shift to the
direct selling of the full line of Ayotte products over the Internet.

Ayotte's CEO and Interim President Louis Eisman is excited about the potential impact of
the
move: "After a successful trial, we decided to move to full e-Commerce as quickly as
possible,"
stated Eisman, "By eliminating the need for middlemen, Ayotte can pass significant cost
savings on
to the customers."

The site will offer Custom Drums, the more affordable ProMaple Drums, sticks, clothing,
hardware
and accessories at prices up to 55% lower than the list price. This will give customers the
opportunity to design a drum kit to their personal requirements. In addition, the company
expects
that direct ordering will cut processing time for custom orders in half - from eight weeks
to four.
These customer benefits, combined with the ability to reach previously unaccessed
markets
throughout the world, are expected to increase sales dramatically.

Ayotte drums are played by such respected musicians as Chester Thompson (Phil
Collins), Matt
Cameron (Pearl Jam), Matt Chamberlain (Tori Amos), and Joey Waronker (REM).

Vancouver-based Ayotte Music Inc. was founded in 1982 by Ray Ayotte. Strong demand
for the
custom drums, widely considered to be the highest quality drumkits available, resulted in
the
company's steady growth over the next 17 years. The company went public on the
Alberta Stock
Exchange in 1998. The move to the Internet is expected to significantly improve Ayotte's
financial
performance. Future plans include the expansion of the site to include other related
product lines.
