OK talked to the sales rep after being on hold for close to half an hour. 39.95 month 50.00 installation (includes modem, three e-mail accounts, and two IPs). Now I'm just waiting for them to do a manual check to see if I'm eligible. What I forgot to ask is if I am under contract? I think I'm going to ask them to waive the $50 installation fee because I'm considering Rogers cable...LOL...will they bite?
