If NextWave was able to build out WWeb, then the judges could link up wherever they are and edit their documents online. They could have WWeb phone discussions and get it all done before lunchtime.

It could be uploaded to their Website by afternoon tea.

I suspect they are Luddites and don't like this new-fangled stuff.

PS: I have no idea how much NextWave will pay. $1bn seems to be the going rate, but if they could show NextWave had lots of melanin-rich people with excellent gender but not much money it might be even cheaper. It seems odd that people with a disability [melanin-deficiency] have to pay more than people who have an excellent melanin supply. Also odd that people with excellent gender, defined by a missing Y chromosome, get special price privileges too. Still, all cultures have weird ideas. That's the way the FCC and Congress like it. Does the FCC have an ASTM colour test card to compare applicants or how do they assess who has sufficient disability to pay a higher price? How did they decide who fitted their criteria for the privileged C Block auction? Minorities, and gender, but did those have definitions? You get a DNA test, or what?

It's a tough society which charges people with disabilities more than the advantaged. But I guess that's another reason why the USA gets ahead.
