Lawrence. yep, LOCH looks like a rise is due according to williams%, also MBHC, this one was the very first stock that I used w% on, I noticed the weekly went over the -50 line in march and then went on to go up 500%. Draw a line along the last 5 spike tops , that may point to the next one.
