I'm trying to consider all points, from other angles. I don't know all of managements problems, nor do I know all their strong points, but I do know if you're focused, you can do a better job. I know that first hand. I just sold a business to concentrate on my main business. A more profitable business that I know better. One bad decision, one mis-directed plan, one mistake, and it can set you back quite a ways. Then, if you compound that, there could be real trouble. I think we've seen some bad decisions, but if they can still close on the FB deal, I believe we will see a nice return on our investment. Happy investing! KZAP
