I and a few others here have questioned why Bre-x doesn't release their confidentiality agreement with Barrick (and perhaps Placer) so that Barrick can disclose the scope or results of their due dili. Did I read from an article or a post here that this confidentiality agreement prevents Barrick or Placer from buying bre-xstock (due to previleged private info) for possible takeover?
