John,
I understand your feelings about the content of a lot of the Yahoo CREE board's postings.
The only way I've found to winnow out the wheat over there is to read the board for a day or two and ascertain who is worth reading, and then read their stuff only. I just use the "Back" button to return to the message list and skip past those messages from those posters who haven't contributed anything but spam or adolescent rantings. If anyone new adds something of interest, it's usually acknowledged by a regular, so I wind up catching most of what's relevant. (I hope!) This consumes a bit of time too, but eliminates grief. Guilty 'til proven innocent I guess, but it's a great stock and I don't have a lot of time for wasting.
Good Luck.
Lee [Edit] For openers, don't skip Uncle West, Harvest, or RobertHJacobs; there are quite a few others defintely worth hearing, too. |
