Jay, Can't disagree with anything that you say. There is an important word that you use in your post which is the reason why I choose caution. That word is "if". Nobody should dispute that "if" the goods are delivered the share price will appreciate. No question. In a perfect world, shareholders would rather not lose key personnel. ASDS has lost one. While it is true that no one is indispensable, the story behind the loss is what should have everyone alert at this point. If all is well, there'll be plenty of shares available for me to buy albeit at a little higher price <G>. Conversely, if all is not what it should be, I will have avoided a loss right out of the shoot and may be able to play the potential bounce. In either case, I think the stock is a keeper. Whether its now or later is the question. Best of luck to all. Regards, Pat
