Your perception is correct, there has been no news and virtually no rumors of late, and for good reasons. Actually the proposed Kyl Bill would likely not have any effect on Playstar anyway as this company is totally offshore. That would of course also assume Playstar continues to operate its casino which it may possibly divest in favor of continued focus on credit card transaction services.
