Are you telling me that these shares only cost Oxford $3.50 and they sold them at more than double to unsuspecting investors??? My pals told me that brokers at Oxford were telling them that they had a hard time buying these shares in the open market then at prices touted by them. I have more on Chequemate International even when they called themselves Automated Compliance & Training. But these will have to wait until my complete story next week. BTW, the answering service at Oxford's manila office (although quite difficult to heard maybe becuse of the Phillippines accent of the voice) mentioned a name "William Strong" as president or ex-president of some company called P.T. Prasafima etc. etc. or Oxford. I could not really make out the statement. Does the name ring a bell??? ragingbull.com
