Mr. scam artist Wexler's claim that Zicam is not selling is refuted by countless reports from reputable investors on Yahoo and retailers themselves. I have personally verified that a local Walmart sold out of Zicam and the supply is constantly replenished at the Albertsons where I normally shop. I can tell because of the stock rotation. The expiration dates go up every couple of weeks and boxes that expire later are placed behind boxes that expire sooner.

Many retailers have run in-store advertisments or included Zicam in their weekly circulars on their own nickle. I spoke to the head buyer for Albertsons in March and he told me that it would be a while before Zicam would be included in their weekly circluar. Albertsons included Zicam in some of their regional mailings last week. This is good news indeed, and is indicative of Albertsons' confidence in Zicam. There's no doubt that this advertising, which is free to Gum Tech, has resulted in plenty of sales.

Here is the contents of an email that GumSlinger posted on Yahoo. GumSlinger is a long term investor in GUMM and has always exhibited the highest ethical standards. Those who don't believe that this email is authentic can verify it with the author at Wegmans if they so desire. I have her phone number but deleted it from the end of her email.

We received your e-mail asking that we carry Zicam nasal spray at Wegmans. We actually will be carrying this product. We have already ordered Zicam, but due to the increase in demand, we are hopeful that our stores will have it by week ending January 15, 2000. I appreciate your patience during this process. Since Zicam's positive support by the media, the demand for the product has escalated to the point where even the manufacturer has been uncertain if it can meet the demand or not.
