Sorry if I have been confusing.... VIGN and IWOV actually compete (some folks think they are complimentary, I disagree) in the area of web content management, web site infrastructure. Companies like DCTM and FILE are realizing that the market of managing just documents (electronic or otherwise) is limiting and about to be overtaken by a larger force. It's a natural transition for DM/KM companies to move into the content management arena. Question is ....how quickly can they move and how much of the market is up for grabs.
