The point of the analysis , is that Webvan's success is incredibly labor intensive, the market is small, ( THEY have limited growth capability )competition is fierce, like the new albertsons.com

and in addition, they have spent too much too quickly....THey will be out of cash ..or need a second round of financing soon.
