I also follow RB when I have the time, which means that I catch about 25% of the relevant posts there. While there IS a LOT of chaff, the nougats are pretty tasty when you find them. I gave up on Yahoo, which is where I cut my baby teeth on discussion forums. Too many noise generators. Not enough music. SI was doing great before RB became clich‚. I think SI lost a lot of what would have been new clients to RB's aggressive marketing. I agree that the posts on SI of late have been meager at best. Didn't SI drop the membership fee? I noticed that the new member sign on does not mention money. Does one get SI with adverts for free with the option to opt out of the ads for monetary consideration after joining? I guess they are still trying to maintain the quality of member standards buy not going after new members very aggressively. HerbVic
