Your comments are correct. However, EPI sales have not been so good lately. Also, Mattson has been working on a single wafer EPI tool since before they acquired Concept, with another program at Concept before they were acquired, and a joint program since then, and still no tool. Frankly, I'm disappointed with their progress in this area and it sure doesn't look like AMAT is sitting still while we wait.
