I know very little about this company, so the following is guesswork and musings, but I think the bigger variable than share dilution (13 mil isn't much) is their product. If it is a good product, as it seems to be, then it becomes very difficult to quantify share value in terms of income vs shares out because what you are really betting on is their ultimate success. This company seems to have the projects and now it has the means to implement them - if people do their dd and come up with a positive feeling - it should do nicely and share dilution should have little impact as it will just be viewed as the cost of doing business. I don't have a lot of this stock, because I stay very diversified in the wireless sector because who knows where any of these companies will wind up. But so far (last couple of months) the Canadian wireless sector has been a barn burner.
