I did not intend to come across so rash. I was just getting a bit frustrated with all the speculation on the price decline when the reason is obvious. By the way as an owner I hope that if you have reason to "talk down IDPH" you do so with constructive reasoning so that we can all be privy to your insight. All news helps good, bad and the wurst.
