WEBS--In doing research over the weekend, I noticed a rumor about MSFT and WEBS which this board has not discussed: <<12:17 est. Nov 24, 1999 - (Dayinvestor.com - Rumor Alert): WEBS - 13 3/4 x 13 13/16 - The street is talking about a major alliance with MSFT to be announced after quiet period WEB STREET is a web based brokerage.>> dayinvestor.com I think a takeover by someone else within the brokerage industry is much more likely.
