I think the words oversold come to mind when I think of this week. This is what happened the second week of November. Stochastics are showing it. We'll get a bounce back. The key is how high. Has to break $14 on this try as November bounce broke $13.

Excerpt from CNNfN's digital jam.
BOB WALBERG, CHIEF EQUITY ANALYST, BRIEFING.COM: Good to be here Bruce. Thank you.
FRANCIS: We have seen a lot of the e-retailers the E version of the retailers get some nice gains here. A lot of optimism about what holiday shopping going to do. I am guessing that, that Christmas cheer isn`t going to warm your heart when it comes to these stocks though.

WALBERG: Well there you know there are a couple of plays in the e- tailing. I think you know right now they might see a bit of a correction but e-toys looks very strong here at this price point. I think you can be a buyer of e-toys but in general I don`t think most of these stocks have longevity. Once you get past the you know the January period I don`t think you want to be in the CyberShops (URL: http:// cybershop .com/) , the Siberian Outposts or some of these books and (OFF-MIKE) that have had little runs of the upside. I would be a seller on this current strength.

FRANCIS: Are the momentum players going to ever get back into these stocks the way they use to because that is what we saw a lot of the gains come from last year this time around?

WALBERG: Yes I don`t think so. I think you are seeing some short term plays. Like I just mentioned Cyber Shop has more than doubled recently. So you are seeing some of the you know what we consider basically the garbage stocks in this sector doing relatively nicely here short term. But these stocks remain far away from profitability. I think as soon as the holidays are over the money is going to flee these companies so it is really a short term trading strategy for this sector.

So this is what they call a commentator downgrade. "Garbage Stock". No Christmas card for him. Shorts would be over over it, but already down and the eight count is starting.
