Some thoughts:
Why would Space Technology Development Corporation, who has a satellite project in development with the US Navy worth well over $100 million in costs choose to merge for 4million shares of our little company and options for 4 million additional up to $5 per share? By the way Noranda has a similar arrangement to purchase shares under their agreement.
1. Earth Search must have amassed a database of imagery worth exploiting.
2. Earth Search must have extremely accurate software to interpret the data.
3. Their high speed broadband network and internet site must have had impressive capabilities to bring imagery to market.
4. Do they have any royalty opportunities with Noranda that have not been disclosed as of yet? Large tracts of land have been and will continue to be surveyed for this conglomerate.
5. The internet site and company TerraNet Inc. should be coming online soon.
6. What about Boeing Corporation? They must have been impressed with the technology. Will further collaboration happen with them for government contracts?

Looking forward to seeing the CNBC National Geographic Special next Saturday. Even if it is a small spot it will be nice for us die hards of many years to see this technology in action. I am so excited of the prospects for the NEMO Satellite imagery along with Probe-1 imagery sales. I read somewhere that the NEMO satellite will be operational 5 years and will map the entire earth surface. That is a lot of potential sales. Imagine using the satellite imagery and being able to refine what is seen with the probe-1 while then sending people into the field with the handheld sensors. That is what we longs have been waiting for.
