Fred - As an Electrical Engineer, you should find my reference to I-Link's technology hilarious....I am a voice artist. I know when I am desribing the technology that my description of it is less than technically accurate. However, I do hope with your expertise, that you investigate I-Link's technology. You will find that it satisfies the DD of thousands of interested entrepreneurs who are going to make a great deal of money giving the end user some very cheap phone rates...and that is all that really matters and many of those entrepreneurs will be entry level MLM'rs.
