I am not saying anything ... On January 6, 1999 the SEC Approved OTCBB Eligibility Rule then on January 21, 1999 the OTC Website published a Q & A page. There is a lot of answers there that are being white washed on some stocks by some posters.

The way I take that direct quote is that it is saying "going forward" which means from new eligilbility rule forward from January 6. 1999, 504 issuers are not going to be allowed to trade on the OTC:BB. I checked with an SEC attorney and without saying a particular ticker that was their take on it also.

That is like some white washers trying to say there will be certain justified delays which is BS also because there are no exceptions.

No. There are no exceptions to this rule or the final eligibility determination date assigned to each issuer based on it's trading symbol as of January 4, 1999.

Also this BS that after 60 days they are automatically pass.

No. As stated in the proposing and adopting release "all SEC comments, if any, must be cleared with the SEC before securities can be quoted on the OTCBB." In addition, the Form 10 or Form 10SB must be effective in order for the issuer to comply with the substantive requirements of Rule 6530.

Orex has been isssuing a 504 and in both itself and OMC according to Warren.

SO people can decide for themselves. Some of these people better start doing a lit more DD than just calling the fillpin company. I quit calling this company once I discover what was in its background, the contradictions and the dilution was out of control.

I wish them well ... But do not take my word or interpretation call a professional financial advisor with legal ...

:-)
